The bellows globe valve is designed to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere by automatic roll welding, ensuring zero leakage from the stem. The bellows structure is used inside the bellows globe valve. The lower end of the stainless steel bellows is welded to the stem by a stainless steel gasket to prevent the process fluid from corroding the stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal. The double seal design avoids leakage if the bellows fails to fill the stem, and the bellows is welded to the stem to maintain a stable operating performance and avoid stem vibration due to flap vibration. Most suitable for steam, flammable, explosive, thermal oil, high purity, toxic and other media in the pipeline. The zero leakage feature of the bellows globe valve improves the safety of the equipment, saves a lot of energy, reduces maintenance costs and provides a clean and safe working environment for industrial applications.

Design features.
1: Multi-layer seal design to ensure zero leakage
First seal: bellows assembly seal with built-in design, maintenance-free, reduced operating costs and guaranteed service life
Second seal: non-metallic packing using braided packing with corrosion inhibitor for added reliability, safety and high temperature resistance, providing a maintenance-free condition.
2: Welded seats to ensure a reliable seal even under severe conditions.
3: Anti-rotation piece to prevent lateral twisting of the bellows and ensure maximum bellows life.
4: Packing press sleeve for pressing the packing to make the sealing performance more complete and increase the service life of the packing, maintenance-free.
